So we are almost here. The event is this Saturday and we are all excited for this. Organizers and volunteers are giving all their time to the event and we have been having meetings day-in and day-out. While a lot needs to be done from the organizer, volunteer and speaker side. There is a lot that you (attendees) can do as well.
This post however is dedicated to those who will be attending the Workshop on “Kickstart WP REST with VueJS”. Workshop are generally where you sit with your laptop and actually learn something. So basically we will have speakers, helping you get started with WP Rest with VueJS. The session is focused for beginners and will cover how you can get started with the same. Now while, they will show you how to setup everything, but there are a few recommendation that would help speed up the session.
You may want to bring your own laptop with node js and npm/yarn installed.
Also a fresh install of WordPress, with a child theme of Twenty Seventeen or any other of your choice activated.
However, if you do not know how to install the prior, don’t sweat. You can still attend the workshop and learn how to install and get started with it. Overall we think this will be a great workshop and an awesome learning experience.
