Speaker help, Mike Runners, Social Media handlers, and other volunteers within the Hall.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Timekeeper<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your responsibility is to start and end the sessions, and talks on time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Show time cards to speakers for their remaining time during the session.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have to help the speakers stay on the proper time track.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Door guard<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have to warmly welcome people into the halls before the session starts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make halls peaceful by maintaining silence when people enter or exit the halls during the talks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will get good chances to see the sessions when you\u2019re guarding the door.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During the Q&amp;A you have to help microphone runners at the backside of the halls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tech help<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your role is to connect with Audio &amp; Video Wrangler.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your job is to make sure that the session doesn\u2019t go wrong with any technical difficulties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You should have the technical knowledge to resolve the issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Microphone Runners<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It&#8217;s a super easy job but should be a speedy person resolving last-minute issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have to assist the Hall lead with things that might be needed in the hall.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The main role is to run microphones during the Q&amp;As.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Social Media handlers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are responsible to write posts and share pictures during the sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will have to post directly on the WCKTM social media accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You should interact and respond to the people who are commenting on posts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you have to be fast and accurate due to the time constraint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You need to support attendees if they ask for help using social media.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help in creating compelling written content, including social media posts, blog articles, website content, and promotional materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Media &amp; Communication Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your role is very important during the whole event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have to communicate with the Photography\/video team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have to make sure that all photos\/videos are captured as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You need to find and share news during the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have to prepare and set up interviews with speakers, attendees, and more.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You make sure all Media supporters and Media partners get updates during the conference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sponsor Facilitator<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will be supporting and assisting Sponsors throughout the event<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will manage stalls and facilitate sponsors for any activities they conduct<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take care of any assets requirement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be Bridge between sponsor wrangler and Sponsors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Workshop Assistant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Directly coordinate with Workshop Session leads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have to create a friendly environment for Workshop leads during their workshop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attendees need an approval signature from the Happiness Bar manager to get in a workshop and it\u2019s your job to verify those.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It\u2019s your role to make sure nobody is a disturbance during a workshop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration &amp; Swag Station Manager<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set up the Registration &amp; swag table.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan and make sure all stuff is in good order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with Swag Station lead, Finance, and Print Wrangler<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee the swag area and make sure everything is fine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure that enough volunteers are present at the swag station.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a system to hand out T-shirts and check who got one.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Swag Station Assistant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work with Swag Stations Manager and other volunteers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help Attendees to get the swag quickly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure all stations are peaceful<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">After Party Entrance Manager<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Welcome people to the after-party and check their badges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have to get people into the venue in a quick and organized way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You set the mood for the team to get people excited to enter the party location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You make sure to keep out unwanted guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hall Lead are the main team leader in the allocated hall.
