Stuti Basnyet is a strategist, advisor, and institution builder working at the intersection of sustainable economic development and private sector growth. Over nearly two decades, she has designed and led initiatives that strengthen enterprises and institutions, mobilize capital and partnerships, and turn promising ideas into scalable solutions.
Her career spans leadership and advisory roles with USAID, FCDO-supported initiatives, UN Women, and the private sector, with experience across Nepal and South Asia. Her work has ranged from market systems and private sector development to innovation, technology, strategic communications, and coalition building.
Stuti is particularly interested in what becomes possible when business, government, development actors, investors, and entrepreneurs work differently together—and in building the institutions, partnerships, and pathways that can translate local capability and capital into inclusive, sustainable growth. She is currently Co-Founder and Managing Director of Aadyanta Advisory.
