If you’re planning to send 5 or more team members, you can get corporate tickets for NPR 2,000 per ticket instead of the standard NPR 2,500 — a 20% discount.

The corporate ticket process is designed to make it easier for companies and agencies to book multiple tickets together, make a single payment, and receive discount coupons to register their team members.

Join us on September 18th and 19th, 2026, at Alice Receptions, Gairidhara, Kathmandu for two days of sessions, networking, and collaboration. Your ticket grants full access to both Contributor Day and the Main Conference Day.

Pricing & Registration

How to Register:

1. Submit the Form: Fill out the Corporate Ticket Registration Form with your company and representative details.
2. Make Payment: Payment instructions and QR code will be emailed immediately upon submission.
3. Receive Discount Coupons: Once your payment is verified, we’ll email you discount coupons for each ticket.
4. Register Your Team: Use the coupons to claim the official tickets for your team members.

📌 Tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed upon payment verification.

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if your plans change, you’re welcome to transfer or resell your ticket to another community member.
