Community and contribution are two main pillars of WordPress. Being open-source free software, WordPress is fully handled, managed, developed, and updated by a community of volunteers who contribute to various aspects of its development. From the first public version of WordPress—0.70 to the latest version—6.0.1, it has made great strides to become the #1 website platform today. Most remarkably, it’s all done with the contribution of a diverse community of talented people around the world. So, is the work already done? No, it’s not done yet. It’ll go much further if we continue contributing. The panel will discuss on various aspects of the WordPress community, contributions, and ways forward.
